Online Services, Introduction

Online Services is a set of add ons for Salon Operations that link your store software to the Internet. These services operate by uploading or coping parts of your store information up to Grant Park Software servers (makers of Salon Operations). By sending a copy of this information to our servers, we can provide these Internet based services 24 by 7, even when your store is offline or closed. We can also provide services to your employees without tying up your front desk, such as access to schedule information. These services also include a mechanism for your store to email your customers for appointment confirmation and keep your daily schedule up to date.

Online Services are an additional service you must enable for your store. These services are only available to licensed copies of the store software and are an additional monthly charge to operate the services. There are no long term contracts, these are strickly monthly services and you can cancel at any time.

To get started, you will have to register online for the services. You can do this from our web site, http://www.salonoperations.com, and select the Online Services link on the left hand side. Alternately, you can use the File / Internet Options menu in the software,

and click the link in the middle, for Internet Services,

Note: If you select this option, it will automatically load your store serial number.

Sign up is easy, goto the the web site and enter your serial number for the salon.

Next, click Look Up and the site will look up your serial number and account information. Enable the services your interested in, and click the 30 day demo. The system will allow you to use the services for 30 days.

When you ready to subscribe, we will send you an email or you can come back to this page, and click, Yes, Sign Me Up, and we'll send you an email for billing information.

Next, you can login into your Online Services Control panel.
